Tajweed (تَجْوِيد) is the science of reciting the Quran with perfect pronunciation, articulation, and rhythm, preserving the exact way it was revealed to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

وَرَتِّلِ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَرْتِيلًۭا
“And recite the Quran with measured recitation.” (Surah Al-Muzzammil 73:4)
The Prophet ﷺ said:
خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ
“The best among you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)
Tajweed ensures:
